Hi, I'm DW the creator of the site. I've just made a huge revision and I hope you like it so far!
Changes:
- Ability to add your site to your profile, with PageRank benefit for active members
- Full AJAX processing (no page refresh for database updates)
- Removed all categories and moved to a "tags" system
- ModRewrite for all pages (no more ?p=123&u=123, etc)
- Optimized for search engines
I realize we need some graphics and a few more features.
Planned:
- Search polls, tags and users
- Country-specific poll results
- Better descriptions site-wide to make things more clear
- FAQ - frequently asked questions, for those things we don't describe
- Feedback / abuse reporting - I will be monitoring the site daily until then
- The ability to "abstain" or "retract" your vote
- A "quick vote" feature, where you can quickly vote on polls you haven't yet
- Full UTF8 character set which should allow for polls in any language
Under consideration:
- Links to user votes from their polls page
- Links to user polls from their votes page
- Even more PR benefit for active members by way of "top users" on homepage
- The ability to invite your friends to take part in your polls
